easy cool down back to my house, was kind of in a hurry because my friends were taking me out to dinner @ olive garden.

Good run today. I am strong and I am only going to get stronger... and i cannot wait until i am done with my hell schedule: work 7-3 mtwthf, run, class @ uwm 5:30-9:05, homework, sleep, then do it all over again. when i get to running and working it is going to feel easy!!!
