real short workout. i felt fresh but somehow more short on breath than i shoulda been whatever. i aint racing.

Liftin back today. started with bent over rows 100lbs 4x10 i think? maybe 3 sets, then switched to dumbbell rows w/ 35lbs. had to wait forever to use the lat pulldowns so i did the Tbar rows for a bit. finally lat pulldowns was available but i think i pre-exhausted the biceps and forearms too much in the meantime so my arms reached failure before the lats did, kind of dissatisfying but did 3x8 with 120lbs, then a drop set from 120 to 90. fatigued arms prevented full range of motion on the lats but w/e i got good activation of the upper back. ill start with lats next time
