Really short workout today.
2x100, 2x400, 2x200, 2x100. Then cooldown, and really short lift. On paper it seemed quick, but it was even shorter running it. Guess coach is trying to get UAA people prepared, but I would have liked a meatier workout today. Oh well, it went well anyway.
