Comments:
First hill day to train for Terrapin. I will not be parking at Snowflex anymore so I have to run up Candlers if I want to use the trails. Ran from Lahaye-Monogram-Valley View Rd to the bottom of that trail and turned around and came back up. Felt pretty good. Hips were sore from the video workout with Linds last night.
