2x(2x1M@Tpace(5:20) (5:19.5,5:16.1;5:14.6,5:15.5) w/ 1 min rest + 4x200m (32.2,33.3,34,33.6;32.1,33.6,33.7,32.5) w/ 200m jog(1:10) recovery)

Felt good, Tpace was easy. 200m felt ok but they were taxing and made the 2nd set of Tpace a little harder. Overall a great workout before Sunday's half.
