Weather: overcast, cool, sprinkled a bit.

Comments:
first off, i felt ashamed that I was wearing a shirt during a run in the summer, but it was cool and 7:30 in the morning, so i guess it's legit-ish. Felt really good today, just kept it nice and relaxed the whole way. Quads really sore, i guess maybe I just forgot how hard it hurt to be actually trying all the time.

fairmount, wvc, sp, wp, sp, CV, np

ups after, then breakfast, then work 'til 3, then over to veale to lift, lunch, then back for more work 'til 9ish. Should feel really accomplished for doing so much, but really i just feel like going to sleep.

on another note, i finally started regaining my normal appetite, which is good, i guess it took until running 8 miles for my tummy to empty all the way.
