Weather: 1330: Treadmill at WNY Gym

Comments:
I should have rested my calf longer before starting back to running. I ran on one treadmill for 1.55 but it was slipping a lot so I got on another one. At 2.7, pain came screaming back and I stopped immediately. I intended to run at 8:30 pace but set the incline on .5 and started running around 8.0 pace. I'll let it heal this time before starting back.
