Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Steady State on the Bells Mills Road route. I'm shocked at how fast this ended up being. Part of it's because I was able to run in the light for once because I left work early. But still, I was only expecting 6:10-6:20 pace. I went hard right from the beginning. I usually start off at 6:40-7:00 pace, but this time I went right into 6:15 pace, and then got faster from that. I felt pretty relaxed the whole time, much faster and easier than the progression run from last week.
