Comments:
Did 8 with Korean David.
Squat Set of 10 with 95lb, then 2x10 with 115. Felt it starting to cramp by the beginning of the 3rd set. Then deadlift 1x10 95, then 1x10 115, 1x10 125. Gotta wear those gloves next time. Felt it nicely in the lower back, not so much the hamstring. Then quad extensions just to get that blood flowin
