Weather: very nice low humidity
Comments:
Ran with the team at YCP. ez 6-7 miles with a few 2 minute challenges throughout. ran the first loop in 27 min. and the 2nd in 25 minutes. legs felt much better this evening. half the girls were at the swim meet or working. good workout though.
