shoulders at planet fitness with shoups shoupatroopa shoupastar. they didnt have 22.5lbs so i started with 25lbs side delt raises. did like 4 sets? i dont remember. then dropsetted with 20lbs i thnk.... onto dumbbell shoulder press, 35lbs, felt so easy the first set or so, then tired out by set 3 of 8 reps. i think my triceps fatigue first. front delt raises with 25lbs, dropset to 20lbs.
trap shrugs w/ 40s, but having a hard time feeling stimulation of the traps. then behind the neck military press with 60lbs, shoulders were so fatigued i couldnt really squeeze the shoulder blades together, didnt activate the traps too well either. i think ill do this earlier inthe next workout to feel it more.
meanwhile chest is starting to recover, hopefully should be good by monday. biceps are already fully recovered while the upper back is still pretty sore. this means gotta use dumbbells for curls next time instead of barbell. Abs are recovered too, hitting them again tomorrow hard.
