Got a good full day of working out in. Nice to get back to my routine as my schedule has been erratic lately and the normalcy is great. Early lift (sucked) followed by a swim at the best pool I've ever been at. Since I haven't swam in a while it was a lil grind but nice to shake out the cobwebz
