Comments:
Decided to change it up today and do some exploring in Fairmount Park. Started off on Kelly Drive along the Schuylkill, then went back along the Boxers Trail and Ridge Ave and finished with my normal Forbidden Drive Loop. I'm definitely gonna start running around there more often. The run felt okay but not as good as last week's long run. My legs felt a little beat up and were exhausted the last few miles. I managed to keep up a decent pace without feeling like I was going fast, though, which I suppose is a good sign.
