Weather: 1400: Beautiful outside, but I wasn't planning to run any

Comments:
Did Andrew's prescribed core workout, a boatload of stretching and 15 assisted (80 lbs.) dips. After some time on the elliptical machine, I decided to take a chance on some easy running on the treadmill.
