Comments:
Ran at the gym bc the weather was nasty!
Ran two miles up on the treadmill. Then stretched.
Then 7 x 800 with 2:00 rest between
Ran close to the following give or take 2 seconds.

2:40, 2:38, 2:36, 2:30, 2:30, 2:28, 2:28

About 1.5 miles down for 7 miles total.

I felt good for the most part on this and starting to get into interval shape. Shooting for a mile or 1500 on the track in April or May.
