Tired and sore I hit the road for another hard workout. After seeing some photos from the race I need to work a little on running form. I need the arms to go more up and down and less side to side.
Today I pushed a hard 5k putting in long burst of speed and then slowing back to reg running. I need to take the rest of this week and plan my next race as well as how I want to approach training. Hard training for a fast 5k or keep working on endurance for longer races...
