1000's and 200's

Comments:
The workout for everyone was 2-5x1000, 200 w/ 45 break and 2 min between sets. (People racing did 3x1000, 200). I did: 4x1000 and 3x 200's. Ran w/ Khristina the first 3 and MC the last one. The pace was about 3:30 ish for the first ones I think. 200's about 33 or 34?
