8 mile run took foreverrrr
Pumpin the chest with Drew today. 4x8 then 1x6 with 55lb dumbbell presses, pretty satisfied, Movin up to 60lbs next week! 3x8 25lb fly with a 1x5 27.5lb and 1x6 with 20lb dropset. Then 3x8 minimally assisted dips, hit the triceps pretty nicely. Then 23lb cable flys, aimed for 6 reps but forgot proper form until late. Oh well, good domss goin
