Comments:
After I lifted, did half-mile progressions. Started at 8:30;8:00;7:30;7:00;6:30;6:00 pace all between .5%-1% incline.
For fun finished with 5:00 (.3 miles) at 3.4 mph and 15% incline.
Treadmills suck!
