Comments:
Warm up to the track then drills and 4x100m strides in about 14 low, followed by an easy run. Strides felt fast and smooth. Easy run started off fine but turned shitty coming down Henry thanks to some really cold rain and a brutal headwind. Also I ran headfirst into a big Holly branch and scraped up my face
