Comments:
Coach wants me to cross train two days and run a double this week. I think I desparately need to bike more often because my leg strength is (and always was) impressively terrible for a cross-country runner. I managed to sustain level 5 comfortably in the cardio room, which is an improvement from a few months ago. My legs were destroyed afterward and the elephant stairs seemed endless.
