Comments:
Quite hot, ran without shirt most of the way.

WU to Cloverly, then ran towards hampshire greens, felt pretty bad going down 198 so was like screw this, took a 45 sec break then ran back to safeway got water and ran home.

Didn't feel great but its my first time back so it's all good
