It was really nasty outside so we changed our workout and did these long 800s indoors. We ran 4 laps in 8 so not sure exactly what the distance was. I didn't feel the greatest, I started getting a cramp in my stomach because I think I ate too soon before the workout. But the rest of the week is just chill before IC4A's.
