45 seconds between intervals and 4 minute jog between the two sets. 5:06, 3:42, 2:26; 5:09, 3:45, 2:25. Just didn't feel great today and felt like i kind of lost focus during the longer intervals. Sometimes it's hard to workout on your own and today was one of those days.
