Weather: 1430: At the gym
Comments:
Did core workout, lotsa stretching and other exercises, then ran on the 'mill. Started at 8:49 pace and went up a tenth every two minutes until 20 minutes were up, then went up a tenth every tenth of a mile. Ended up at 7:13 pace. Incline was set to 0 the whole time. NO calf pain!
