Comments:
Interesting stuff today. 12x400 at tempo pace, with walking the stagger for rest. Finally got to use the outdoor track, which was really nice. I was worried initially about the rain, but it stopped in time for us to run. The pacing was kind of weird, but we started out around 85s, and finished around 80s. Felt really good throughout the workout, no issues to speak of.
Lot of fun on the cooldown, we really embodied typical Case students. Followed up with a strength circuit and abs.
