12x400 lane 8 tempo, 81-82, 75s the last 3. Relaxed and chill

Started with pull ups today to emphasize the lats, worked out well but arms got fatigued for rows, did sets of 95 and 100lbs. Starting with rows next time, just alternating. Did leg raises with a twist and behind the neck press to rest the forearms. Focused on squeezing the traps hard on those, did 65lbs maybe. 2-3 sets of curls with 27.5lbs, worked pretty well, maybe 2 more weeks of that and onto 30lbs. Did drop sets with the 40lb barbell and the 50 with assisted negatives with 25 lbs. Armageddon by that point
