Comments:
did a "workout" on the elliptical, alternating fast 3 mins (level 9 and 200 steps/min) with steady 2 mins (level 8 and 180 steps/min) 4 times, with a warm up and cool down for 30 mins total. then lifted for 25 mins, just the basics, squat, switch lunges, bench press, vertical pull, arm swings, and some core
