Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Steady state at 6:18 pace for the first 7.1 miles then the last 2 miles at tempo pace on the track (10:40). Major stomach issues for the last 3 miles, barely made it home. Track was unlit again. This was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be but I guess being on the verge of shitting myself made it seem harder than it actually was, plus running on a dark track is always tough. Can't wait till daylight savings time in a week.
