Comments:
4xmile at 5:11, 12, 11, 08 with 1 minute rest. Not really that hard, but horrible wind down home stretch made it harder than it should've been. 30 rest to 4x4 @ 67 (again, wind slowed it down) with full recovery. miles were easily 4-6 sec slowed due to the wind, and the 4s were 1-2s slowed down, which got annoying. overall, decent workout, calf stayed relatively in check though i definitely took some bad steps
