Comments:
Threshold 1600s (60 sec rest) today and 4x400 R at the end. My calf is still VERY tight i've been trying to loosen it up hoping this goes away. Ran the workout well regardless the miles actually felt great, relaxed and they were faster than i've been going. averaged about 5:14-5:16. 400s were tough around 69 68 66 on the last. I had to work for those. overall a quality day, I just need to loosen up my calf.
