5x5 @ R 2x 3 @ F. Feel confused about this workout- felt okay on the 5s (little knee pain) but felt slow on the 3s- just frustrated my speed isn't back... could be side effects from the meds but felt a little nauseous during this one. (cooldown includes rest)
