Pond Road Run

Weather: Cloudy, bit drizzly

Comments:
Overall on pavement and on trails, went on back trails then to washington then to pond road. Felt a few twinges/tight legs overall at first, but then felt smooth overall, although upper body felt stiff as normal, with my form and everything. Went a bit harder on uphills, went to summit of pond road, turned around and went easier downhill, but still was equal amount of time there and back (17.5 minutes each way) Did weight bearing exercises and there was no pain, and felt very much in control, like with toe tapping one. Stretched and did core later.
