Comments:
1.5 warmup...then had Gavin join me to pace me for the tempo. 6 miles out and back...7:05 pace for the first 3 miles, came back in 6:46 pace even though the way back had all the hills. Legs felt great, but started feeling really rough the last .75 mile uphill to campus...6 mile in 41:01...1 mile cooldown, then 4 fast strides
