The workout keeps going and going....
Anyway, really solid stuff today. 4x1200 a few seconds over race pace, followed up with 4x200 a bit quicker. My heart rate was right on target, only needed a hair longer recover than 1 lap, and each rep felt really strong. Followed up with what felt like the longest strength routine ever devised, but again, definitely helped.
