Comments:
Woke up and did a Fartlek(ish) on Blackwater trails. Original plan was mile repeats but we all woke up deciding that was a bad idea!
2 mile run, then 3x2 minute pickups at the top of every mile, then 3x1 minute pickups on the way back. Great run! Hip flexors are tight.
