Overall had a good first day. Felt pretty good, not sure my splits yet, I'll get the video soon. I just didn't quite have a gear on the last lap but I still ran 2:26.50 and was the #7 time in the prelims so I qualified for the final. Got a good cool down in with Caleb too so should be ready to go for tomorrow.
