repeat 800s!!!!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
warmed up one mile

then did 4 X 800 meter repeats at 3:40 goal time
hit goal time each time so that was good

then cooled down a mile and stretched a bit
decided to add on an extra half mile because my run yesterday wasn't quite as far as i'd have liked
then did 250 abs

and got home and drank lots of water! cuz it was kinda hot out there on the track

overall, good day
