Comments:
Another tempo-y thing on the track today. 800, 3x1200, then 800 with 1' rest between. Since I had to start the workout later than most people (chem lab) I had to do most of it solo. So without people to pace off of, or to absorb the wind for me, my times weren't what I'd hoped for. Effort was solid, but the last two kind of fell off in time. Finished up with a lift/abs/stretch. Didn't ice bath, but I'll try to get one in on wednesday.
