1.5M warm-up/cool-down

4 x (2min on, 1min off, 1min on, 30sec off, 30sec on, 30sec off). Tough workout. Stayed in what I think was the 73-76 sec/400m range. workout called for 3-5 sets, but 4 was all I had. Ran better than expected given how I felt during warm-ups.
