1.75 warmup...3x2k on the track, ran in lane 2 a lot since track was snowy and icy at a lot of parts...first one was slower then I wanted but then was right on pace: 6:42 through the mile and 8:24 for the 2k, 6:31 through the mile 8:11 at the 2k, 6:31 at the mile 8:11 through the 2k...then a 1200: 3:12 through the 800 and 4:56 for the 1200...2x400: 92, 90...1.25 mile cooldown. Legs were dead by the cooldown but felt pretty decent throughout the workout
