Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmup was quick. 3 loops of the plot. The loop we did was 1.25 miles. It was a little more when you count running out to the plot and running back. A quicker run. The last loop was quicker then the first 2. Felt pretty good. No excuses this season. I'm not gonna have another season like indoor again.
