Exercise Type: Bike

Cross-training. Today I had a dose of "electrotherapy" from Veronica who told me I shouldn't run until it doesn't hurt at all during the day. As per Anthony's orders I did the "peaks" program on the bike this time. With the bike I am always drenched in sweat and my heart rate is up but I am never tired later. Samet approached me towards the end and told me that I just have to get through my injury and it'll be fine. I stretched and had a jump-rope lesson from Evan Smith (I can't do it). Upon returning home I did planks and leg lifts.
