Comments:
Easy workout today. 10X300 @ Mile w/ 1 min. rest in between. Ended up being run a 300, walk a 100. 51 is 4:28 pace. We had 2X:50, 2X:48, 4X:49, and 2X:46. They were all a little fast, but they felt smooth. Steve and Tom said I looked good running. It was the first day of running in Outdoor Track, so it was pretty exciting and hence the warmup is so fast. I am ready to run on Saturday.
