Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out for a solo long run today. Met up with the 527 guys and ran with them out to Macada then continued on my own to do Red Barn. Picked it up a little into some nice 6:20s felt really smooth and not tired for once. Cut my run short at 13 instead of 14 so I wasn't late for lift. Started out the lift with 7 min of biking to get that extra mile.
