Hill Workeut

Comments:
ran up the allegan hill. most of the intervals were 40-42 seconds. first couple were 43 so i felt like i built into it. about halfway through or so my right shin started to hurt in one spot like it did on the track that one time when we did a 5k. after i finished though i ran to scooter's and back to pee and it felt fine and on regular cool down. never really felt too difficult going up hillzz
