new 5 mile run - go on meadow, turn on to main and follow main to just past the capitol building (12th street) and back
VERY windy, lots of ice and puddles, wet & snowy. haha when I was waiting on the corner for the light a truck came by and splashed a ton of water on me 30 seconds into my run...
warm up, run, 20 pushups, 5 minutes of core, 20 pushups
