Weather: chilly, snowy, mid 20s.

Comments:
warmup part of it with norah, cynthia, and kayla, the rest alone. workout with norah and cynthia, and the cooldown with sara, yoyo, danielle, and becca. felt pretty good today. on the warmup, my shins kinda felt tight but i tried to relax and just stretch. the workout was pretty good. breathing was a little off at times but my legs felt pretty good. on the cooldown, my legs felt amazing. :) idk why my legs feel so much better AFTER a workout. ...

extra: vern (x3), standing abs, heel/toe walks.
