Comments:
Felt pretty good and hit solid times considering the cold and the wind. Very consistent and felt really smooth overall. Right hamstring and left glute were tight but felt ok once I got up to speed. 400 jog in between a little faster than usual, usually in 1:50 or 1:55. Times were: 2:33, 2:33, 2:33, 2:34, 2:32, 2:29.
