Weather: nice, mid low 30s.
Comments:
ran alone today cause jackie didn't tell me she was running :'(. anyway, easy race prep. i was so out of it on my run. i was must mentally drained. on the first mile, my right hip and shins felt kinda tight but it felt better later on. by the end, my legs felt pretty good. :) pumped for tomorrow!!!!
splits: 10:19, 10:04, 6:14 (to the park), 9:38 (mile around park), 3:38 (back to fc from park).
extra: runner's arm, rolling out hips and calves, myrtle, back, 100 up, elevated.
